The Clevelands are a dynamic team, called to develop leaders globally. Third generation pastors and international conference speakers, they serve as seasoned advisors and mentors to a growing number of Christian leaders.

Gifted with cross-cultural communicative abilities, Pastor Chander and China have ministered extensively throughout the U.S, Europe, South America , South Africa and the Caribbean . They are currently responsible for churches and ministries in North and South America, including Destiny : Community of Faith in Fremont , CA , where they serve as Senior Pastors.

In 2000, Chandler and China founded Global Impact Group, Inc., a non-profit organization that cultivates leaders through personalized training with individuals and groups. They frequently conduct conferences, seminars and workshops, primarily in the areas of leadership, communication, relationships and spiritual gifts. These training sessions can be customized to meet the individualized needs of pastors and other church leaders, families, couples or singles.

Chandler earned his B.A. from Yale University and the University of California at Berkeley . He has done graduate work towards a M.Div. at the University of California at Berkeley . China received her B.A. in elementary education from the University of Illinois at Champaign/Urbana. She has over 25 years of private and public school teaching experience. They both have undergone extensive developmental training in group leadership and communication dynamics.
